باختصار
بياناتك المالية لك وحدك. يعمل BudgetWise دون حساب إن شئت، ولا يحتوي على إعلانات ولا تتبّع. معاملاتك وأرصدتك وميزانياتك لا تغادر هاتفك أبدًا ولا تصل إلى خادمنا.
ما الذي يُحفظ وأين
المعاملات والحسابات والفئات والميزانيات والأهداف والإعدادات تُحفظ على هاتفك فقط، داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة. لا نجمع اسمك ولا موقعك ولا جهات اتصالك، ولا بريدك إلا إذا سجّلت الدخول.
الحساب (اختياري)
يمكنك تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو بالبريد الإلكتروني، ولست مضطرًا لذلك. إذا فعلت، نحفظ على خادمنا (Supabase في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا) بريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف حسابك وتاريخ التسجيل فقط، وليس أي بيانات مالية. يمكنك حذف الحساب في أي وقت من أنا ← حذف الحساب، فيُحذف من الخادم فورًا. (كل الطرق)
عند الدخول بالبريد، نرسل إليك رمز الدخول عبر خدمة البريد من Google (Gmail). الرسالة تحمل الرمز فقط.
إحصاءات مجهولة (اختيارية، متوقفة افتراضيًا)
إذا فعّلت "مشاركة إحصاءات مجهولة"، يرسل التطبيق مرة في اليوم: رقمًا عشوائيًا خاصًا بهذا التثبيت، وإصدار التطبيق، واللغة، والعملة. لا مبالغ، ولا حساب، ولا شيء يدلّ عليك. نستخدمها لنعرف كم شخصًا يستخدم التطبيق وبأي لغات.
رسائل وإعدادات من BudgetWise
عند فتح التطبيق مع اتصال بالإنترنت، يجلب رسائل عامة منا (مثل خبر عن تحديث) وإعدادات عامة للتطبيق. هذا الطلب لا يحمل أي بيانات عنك.
النسخ الاحتياطي
- نسخ أندرويد التلقائي: إذا كان النسخ الاحتياطي مفعّلًا في إعدادات هاتفك، يحفظ أندرويد بيانات التطبيق في حسابك على Google. هذه خدمة من Google وليست منا، وهي مشفّرة بقفل شاشتك على أندرويد 9 وما بعده. يمكنك إيقافها من إعدادات الهاتف.
- النسخة الاحتياطية في ملف: تُنشأ فقط عندما تطلبها أنت، وتُحفظ في المكان الذي تختاره. لا تمر بنا.
الأذونات
- الإشعارات: فقط إذا فعّلت التذكيرات. تُجدوَل على هاتفك ولا تُرسل من أي خادم.
- البصمة أو الوجه: فقط إذا فعّلت قفل التطبيق. يتولاها نظام أندرويد، ولا يرى التطبيق بصمتك أو وجهك أبدًا.
- التشغيل بعد إعادة تشغيل الهاتف: لإعادة جدولة التذكيرات فقط.
حذف بياناتك
من داخل التطبيق: أنا ← حذف جميع البيانات. حذف التطبيق يحذف بياناته من الهاتف أيضًا.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه للبالغين لإدارة أموالهم، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال.
التغييرات القادمة
نخطط لمزامنة اختيارية مشفّرة تشفيرًا تامًا بين أجهزتك، فلا يستطيع أحد غيرك، حتى نحن، قراءة بياناتك. قبل إطلاقها سنحدّث هذه الصفحة ونوضح ما يُحفظ على الخادم، وستبقى اختيارية.

Privacy policy

In short
Your financial data is yours alone. BudgetWise works without an account if you like, and has no ads and no tracking. Your transactions, balances and budgets never leave your phone and never reach our server.
What is stored, and where
Transactions, accounts, categories, budgets, goals and settings are stored only on your phone, in the app's private storage. We don't collect your name, location or contacts, nor your email unless you sign in.
Account (optional)
You can sign in with Google or with your email, but you don't have to. If you do, our server (Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany) stores only your email address, your account id and when you signed up: no financial data. Delete the account any time in Me → Delete account; it is removed from the server at once. (all the ways)
When you sign in by email, we send you the sign-in code through Google's mail service (Gmail). The message carries only the code.
Anonymous usage (optional, off by default)
If you turn on "Share anonymous usage", the app sends once a day: a random number made for this install, the app version, the language and the currency. No amounts, no account, nothing that identifies you. It tells us how many people use the app and in which languages.
Messages and settings from BudgetWise
When the app opens with an internet connection, it fetches public messages from us (such as news about an update) and public app settings. This request carries no data about you.
Backups
- Android Auto Backup: if backup is on in your phone's settings, Android saves the app's data to your Google account. This is Google's service, not ours, and on Android 9 and later it's encrypted with your screen lock. You can turn it off in the phone's settings.
- Backup to a file: made only when you ask for it, and saved where you choose. It never passes through us.
Permissions
- Notifications: only if you turn on reminders. They are scheduled on your phone, not sent from a server.
- Fingerprint or face: only if you turn on the app lock. Android handles it; the app never sees your fingerprint or face.
- Run at startup: only to schedule your reminders again after the phone restarts.
Deleting your data
In the app: Me → Delete all data. Uninstalling the app also removes its data from the phone.
Children
The app is meant for adults managing their money and is not directed at children.
Coming changes
We plan optional, end-to-end encrypted sync between your devices, so that nobody but you, not even us, can read your data. Before it launches we will update this page to say exactly what the server stores, and it will stay optional.
